The Ile-de-France workshop has been a highlight of the life of Les Ateliers every year for 40 years. The anniversary edition of the summer workshops will bring together students at the end of their cycle and young professionals from all over the world for several weeks of collective work. This year's theme will focus on metabolism, supply, and the food supply network and in Île-de-France.
