The river related to the urban landscape
The river has a major role in the planning of the architectural space and the urban landscape, for the creation of its own particular urban identity, notably in connection with the present centre of the city.
The subject suggested related to the treatment of the river
and its banks over a 10 kilometers length.
The participants were to position on the following sets of themes:

- Which crossing? Which relation between the two banks?
Which process of development of the banks?
- Which urban network and which means of transport?
Which use of the water way?
- Which port for the city?
Which occupation of the grounds?
