Remembering our friend Richard Bender
With immense sadness, Les Ateliers od Cergy-Pontoise announces the passing of our friend, , member , expert and professor Emeritus of Architecture, Richard Bender.
Bender was an architect, civil engineer, planner, and educator, known for his urban, campus and community designs. Bender served as Dean of the College of Environmental Design of Berkeley from 1976 to 1988.
He died on October 8 at the age of 92.
